Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure all fishing charter bookings.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled charter date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, unless the trip can be rebooked.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions or captain cancellation, customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full charter amount.
